7. Limitation of Liability

- We will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or training.

- Enrollment is subject to seat availability and fee payment.

- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Outstanding payments must be cleared before termination is finalized.
