At LogiXense Solutions, we deliver services, digital assets, and training in a professional and timely manner. Since our offerings are service-based and/or digital in nature, no physical shipping is involved. This policy explains how our services and training programs are delivered.
1. Service Delivery
Website Design & Development: Project deliverables such as design files, code, and website access are shared digitally via email, project management tools, or direct server uploads.
Digital Marketing Services: Campaigns, reports, and analytics are shared through email, dashboards, or shared folders, based on the agreed scope of work.
Delivery Timelines: All delivery timelines are communicated in the project proposal or agreement. Timely delivery also depends on receiving content, approvals, and inputs from the client.
2. Training Delivery
Online Training: Access to live sessions, recorded classes, or course materials is provided via secure links, email, or learning platforms after successful enrollment and fee payment.
Offline Training: Batch schedules and venue details will be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
Certificates: Completion certificates will be delivered digitally (via email) or physically (if applicable) within 15 working days of course completion.
3. Digital Delivery Timelines
Service deliverables are provided as per mutually agreed timelines in the project scope.
In case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be informed in advance.
Urgent delivery requests may attract additional charges depending on workload and feasibility.
4. No Physical Shipping
As our services and training programs are digital and service-based, there is no physical shipping of products involved. All communications and deliverables are shared electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing.
