Cancellation & Refund Policy

At LogiXense Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality website design, development, digital marketing services, and training programs. Since each project and training involves careful planning, time, and resource allocation, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Service Cancellations

Once a project has started and advance payment has been received, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If you wish to discontinue ongoing services (such as digital marketing retainers or maintenance), you must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice.

All work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed, and pending dues must be cleared before service termination.

2. Training Program Cancellations

Enrollment in our training programs is confirmed only after full/partial payment of the fees.

Fees paid for training programs are non-transferable and non-refundable under normal circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to shift your enrollment to another batch, subject to availability and management approval.

3. Advance & Partial Payments

Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment is required before we commence any project or confirm training enrollment.

Partial Payments: For projects or services structured with milestone/phase-based payments, each installment must be cleared before the next stage begins.

Non-Payment: Delays or failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services until dues are cleared.

No Refund on Advance/Part Payments: Any advance or partial payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable.

In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments, genuine errors, or unforeseen situations), the management team reserves the sole right to review and decide whether a refund will be issued.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days via the original mode of payment.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to delivering value through our services and training, results may vary depending on external factors beyond our control. Payments cannot be refunded based on expectations or business outcomes.
